Hiring | GM – ERP Location: Mumbai Experience: 8–12 Years CTC: ₹30-35 LPA Industry: Leading Luxury Retail Brand Reporting to: CTO About the Role We are looking for an experienced ERP leader to own ERP operations, reliability, data integrity and rollouts across a growing multi-location luxury retail business. Key Responsibilities Own ERP configuration, performance, uptime and enhancements across business functions. Ensure accurate inventory, billing, procurement, finance and master data . Drive ERP reporting, reconciliation and BI/data integrations . Lead ERP implementation and rollout across current locations. Manage user training, support and change management . Own ERP defect, enhancement and implementation partner management . Ensure ERP systems support retail operations and financial processes effectively.



Ideal Profile 8–12 years in ERP implementation, ownership or application management. Strong experience with retail ERP, inventory and finance systems . Experience managing ERP across multi-location retail operations . Strong understanding of retail finance, inventory and billing processes . Experience managing ERP vendors / implementation partners . Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Graduate degree required; ERP certification preferred.
