We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to work on the content and social media presence for Utsav Kamboj & Associated Brands. This role is for someone who doesn’t just manage social media , but understands how to build a personal brand through content, strategy, creativity and consistency. What you’ll be doing: Develop and execute social media strategies Come up with fresh, original and platform-native content ideas Work closely on reels, videos, carousels and other formats Create and structure strong scripts & carousels with engaging hooks and storytelling Have a good understanding of visual direction and what makes content work on screen Collaborate with editors and other creative teams to bring ideas to life Analyse content performance, audience behaviour and social media analytics Use data and insights to continuously improve the content strategy Think beyond individual posts and understand the larger brand narrative Identify problems and come up with solution-oriented, practical approaches Stay updated with evolving social media formats, trends and content behaviour What we’re looking for:



3-4 years of experience in social media management/content strategy Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook. Excellent creative thinking and ideation skills Strong scripting and storytelling abilities A sharp visual sense and understanding of video content Comfortable working with design, editing and creative teams Valuable with Graphics Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics Ability to think strategically about personal branding and positioning Someone who is proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented Someone who brings ideas to the table rather than waiting for briefs If you’re someone who can look at a personal brand and immediately start thinking “Here’s what we could do with this” , we’d love to hear from you.
