Urgent Requirement for a Well Renowned Real Estate Developer in Mumbai *Looking for Seasoned, Dynamic & Experienced Architectural Professionals* *Job Title : Head Architect – SRA Development Projects* *Department: Architect & Designing* *Function: Architecture* *Reporting: Architectural Head* *Job Location: Mira Road* Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned architectural professional with strong hands-on expertise in *SRA, Cluster Development & Urban Redevelopment Projects*. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Mumbai redevelopment regulations, DCR, FSI, TDR, feasibility studies, architectural design, statutory approvals and stakeholder management. The candidate will be responsible for leading the design, planning, execution and regulatory coordination of redevelopment projects while ensuring innovative design solutions, regulatory compliance and effective project delivery. Role Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed site surveys, feasibility studies and massing studies for redevelopment projects. • Assess existing structures and prepare feasibility and project viability reports. • Prepare FSI calculations in line with applicable development regulations. • Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for SRA and redevelopment projects. • Prepare working, municipal submission and execution drawings. • Ensure compliance with DCR, RERA and applicable local building regulations. • Coordinate documentation and approvals for IOD, CC, OC and other statutory permissions. • Liaise with BMC, MMRDA, MBMC, TMC, NMMC and other relevant authorities. • Coordinate with legal and town planning consultants for project clearances. • Interface with developers, society committees, tenants and government representatives.



• Conduct society meetings, project presentations and authority briefings. • Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to approved architectural designs. • Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants and contractors for integrated project execution. • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve design/construction discrepancies. • Introduce sustainable design principles and innovative construction methodologies. • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively while ensuring timely project delivery. Desired Profile: • *B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution is MUST* • *Registered with Council of Architecture (COA) is MUST* • *8–10 years of hands-on experience in SRA, Cluster Development & Urban Redevelopment Projects* • *Robust experience in Mumbai, Thane & Mira-Bhayandar redevelopment projects* • *Excellent knowledge of Mumbai DCR 2034, RERA, TDR, FSI norms & redevelopment policies* • Strong understanding of SRA and Cluster Development projects. • Hands-on knowledge of feasibility studies, FSI calculations and project viability. • Experience in IOD, CC, OC and other statutory approval processes. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other architectural design tools. • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical, planning and project management capabilities. • Excellent problem-solving ability with an innovative approach to design and redevelopment.
