We are looking for a skilled 3D Senior – Lighting & Compositing who can bring our products and creative concepts to life through high-quality 3D visuals, lighting, rendering, and compositing.

Role Overview

As a Senior 3D – Lighting & Compositing , you will be responsible for leading the 3D visualisation pipeline, with a strong focus on lighting, rendering, compositing, and final visual quality . You will work closely with the creative, design, and marketing teams to create premium product visuals, campaign assets, animations, and CGI content for Rotoris.

Key Responsibilities

- 3D lighting, rendering, and compositing process across projects.
- Create premium and photorealistic lighting setups for watches and product-focused visuals .
- Develop lighting styles that align with Rotoris' brand identity and campaign direction.
- Handle look development, shading, texturing, rendering, and compositing wherever required.
- Create high-quality CGI visuals for product launches, campaigns, social media, websites, and digital marketing .
- Work on product animations, motion graphics, and cinematic 3D sequences.
- Collaborate with Creative, Design, Marketing, to translate creative briefs into compelling visual outputs.
- Review and improve 3D assets created by other team members, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Establish and maintain 3D workflows, lighting standards, render quality,



and compositing processes .
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to rendering, lighting, materials, and compositing.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D, rendering, AI, and CGI tools and techniques .
- Mentor and guide junior 3D artists and contribute to building the overall 3D capability within the creative team.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in 3D Lighting & Compositing .
- Excellent understanding of photorealistic product rendering .
- Robust knowledge of materials, textures, shaders, reflections, refractions, shadows, and camera composition .
- Experience with 3D software such as Blender / Cinema 4D .
- Strong proficiency in rendering engines such as Octane, Cycles , or equivalent.
- Experience with compositing tools such as After Effects, Nuke, Photoshop , or similar.
- Robust understanding of colour, lighting, composition, depth, and visual storytelling .
- Ability to work with high attention to detail and deliver polished, production-ready visuals.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D product visualisation, lighting, rendering, and compositing .

- Someone who can take ownership of the complete 3D visual pipeline.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery, watches, automotive, or premium consumer products would be an advantage.

Portfolio is mandatory.

Candidates should share a portfolio showcasing their 3D lighting, rendering, compositing, and product visualisation work .
