Position: Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for handling sales of Premium Residential Villa Project . The candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, site visits, negotiations, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and channel partners.
- Handle customer inquiries and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert prospects into sales.
- Coordinate with CRM and finance teams for smooth booking processes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
- Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.





Required Skills

Qualification

- Experience in real estate sales is an advantage.

Experience

- 3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in villa/apartment projects.

- Strong client handling and closing skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in luxury or premium real estate sales is preferred.
