Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on

experience in SAP system administration, implementation, migration, and support. The ideal

candidate should have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (RISE with SAP)

environments and be responsible for managing SAP landscapes, ensuring system availability,

performance optimization, security compliance, and supporting digital transformation

initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

 Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP landscapes including SAP S/4HANA, SAP

NetWeaver, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP integrations, and related components.

 Manage SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (RISE with SAP) environments in

collaboration with SAP and hyperscaler teams.

 Perform SAP installations, upgrades, system copies, refreshes, and migration

activities.

 Support SAP HANA database administration tasks including backup, recovery,

monitoring, and performance tuning.

 Manage transports and ensure compliance with change management processes.

 Coordinate with SAP support teams for incident resolution and service requests.

 Monitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity planning.

 Implement and maintain security measures, user administration, and audit compliance

requirements.

 Support SAP integration activities with third-party applications and cloud platforms.

 Participate in SAP transformation projects, upgrades, and release management

activities.

 Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.

 Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot complex BASIS and infrastructure-related

issues.

Required Skills & Experience





 10-15 years of SAP BASIS administration experience.

 Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud

(RISE with SAP).

 Strong experience in:

o SAP S/4HANA Administration

o SAP HANA Database Administration

o SAP NetWeaver

o SAP Fiori Administration

o SAP Solution Manager

o SAP Cloud Connector

o SAP Identity and Access Management concepts

 Expertise in:

o System Installation & Configuration

Manpower Requisition Form (MRF)

o System Refreshes and Client Copies

o Kernel Upgrades & Patch Management

o Transport Management

o Performance Monitoring & Optimization

o Backup and Disaster Recovery

o High Availability and Disaster Recovery Architecture

 Experience working with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

 Robust knowledge of SAP security, audit, and compliance requirements.

 Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 SAP Certified Technology Associate or equivalent SAP BASIS certification.

 SAP S/4HANA Administration Certification.

 Experience with SAP BTP and cloud integration technologies.

 Experience managing large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes.

 Knowledge of automation and scripting tools.

Educational Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a

related field.

 Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
