About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator to join our institute. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging visual content, edit videos/reels, and manage regular social media content for our institute.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and promotional creatives .
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and educational content .
- Develop fresh and engaging content ideas based on courses, student activities, admissions, events, and institute updates.
- Handle the regular posting and scheduling of content across social media platforms.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and branding across all social media channels.
- Edit raw footage into engaging and professional videos suitable for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Create promotional creatives for new courses, offers, admissions, events, workshops, and campaigns .
- Work with the marketing/team to plan a monthly/weekly content calendar .
- Stay updated with current social media trends, Reels formats, editing styles, and creative trends.




- Take basic photos/videos of institute activities and convert them into social media content when required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or similar graphic design tools.
- Good video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software .
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and social media content formats .
- Ability to create Reels and short-form videos that are engaging and trend-focused.
- Good sense of design, typography, colors, composition, and branding .
- Creative thinking and ability to generate recent content ideas independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to understand marketing requirements.

Preferred
- Experience working with education/training institutes, coaching institutes, or similar businesses .
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation, image generation, video generation, and editing will be an advantage.
- Basic photography/videography skills will be a plus.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media creative work — from coming up with ideas to designing the creative, editing the video, and publishing the final content.

The candidate should be able to consistently produce high-quality, creative, and engaging content rather than only working on designs provided by the team.
