Role

We are seeking an experienced PMC qualified to lead multiple renewable energy projects across India, including Solar, Wind, BESS and PSP , ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, quality and contractual requirements .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Project Management Consultancy (PMC) activities from planning, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning to project closure.
- Manage clients, developers, EPC contractors, vendors and statutory authorities .
- Drive project progress, quality, HSE, risk management and contractual compliance .
- Lead and develop onsite/offsite PMC teams across multiple project locations.
- Monitor schedules, engineering deliverables, MIS, invoicing, payment realization and project profitability .
- Manage vendors,



site administration and project operations .
- Support operational sales and new business development .

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering .
- Around 15 years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector .
- Strong experience in Solar and/or Wind projects , preferably in PMC/EPC environments .
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and geographically dispersed teams .
- Strong leadership, client management, commercial and project execution skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project sites in India .

Ideal Candidate:

A proven Renewable Energy Project Leader with strong technical, commercial, client-management and project execution capabilities.
