ZEE Labs is seeking an experienced professional to join the Formulation Development team. The role involves designing and executing formulation development strategies for new pharmaceutical products, preparing technical documentation, conducting stability studies, and supporting regulatory affairs to ensure compliance and successful product development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement formulation development protocols and plans for recent products.
- Develop and optimize formulations to achieve desired quality, stability, and efficacy.
- Process and execute formulation development strategies in line with company goals.
- Prepare and maintain supporting technical documentation and development reports.
- Conduct and monitor stability studies; analyze data to resolve stability issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transfer of developed formulations to production.
- Assist regulatory affairs by providing formulation-related documentation and technical support.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines during all stages of development.
