We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Lead to join our team in PUNE. This pivotal role involves providing strategic support to the CTO office, driving project success from conception to completion, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.

Job Description: 1. Provide comprehensive support to the CTO office, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational excellence. 2. Define and articulate clear project scope, objectives, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. 3. Drive project execution by fostering continuous engagement with all stakeholders, facilitating effective issue resolution, and meeting customer requirements within defined cost and timeline parameters. 4. Prepare robust technical justifications for project budgets, leveraging PMXU data and past project references to ensure management clarity and informed decision-making. 5. Implement and monitor project status using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques, conducting GAP analysis against Management Information Systems (MIS) to identify variances. 6. Develop and meticulously manage detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths,



and conducting rigorous reviews with Senior Management Team Leads (SMTLs) to provide early warnings and mitigate risks. 7. Communicate project updates consistently to diverse stakeholders, detailing strategy, necessary adjustments, and overall progress. 8. Continuously monitor project progress, making proactive adjustments as needed to maintain momentum and achieve desired outcomes. 9. Measure and evaluate project performance against key metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimize future project delivery. Skills and Qualifications: . 8-10 years of progressive experience in project leadership and management roles. . Demonstrated ability to support senior leadership, particularly within a CTO office environment. . Expertise in defining project scope, objectives, and resource allocation. . Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) and GAP analysis. . Solid analytical skills for budget justification and project performance measurement. . Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders. . Highly resourceful, proactive, and capable of creative problem-solving. . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. . A dynamic, intelligent, and results-oriented approach to leadership.
