About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Intercompany Analyst to support our global finance operations. In this role, you will manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, settlements, and month-end close activities while partnering closely with regional and global finance teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving discrepancies, and driving process excellence in a multinational setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and process intercompany transactions, invoices, and journal entries.
- Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and resolve mismatches with global entities.
- Support month‑end close activities, including preparing IC reports and schedules.
- Coordinate with local and global finance teams to validate balances and ensure timely settlements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and transfer pricing guidelines.
- Support internal/external audits with documentation and explanations.
- Identify process gaps, contribute to automation projects, and help strengthen IC governance.
