Job Description: An MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive collects, cleans, analyzes, and manages organizational data to generate routine and ad-hoc reports. They bridge operational departments and senior leadership by turning raw metrics into actionable dashboards and performance summaries that drive business decisions. Core Responsibilities

- Data Collection & Consolidation: Gather operational numbers, sales figures, inventory logs, or financial inputs from various internal departments and software systems.

- Report Generation: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, trackers, and management dashboards.

- Data Quality & Validation: Audit incoming datasets for errors, resolve discrepancies, and ensure absolute data integrity before sharing reports.

- Process Automation: Upgrade manual copy-paste reporting cycles into streamlined, automated workflows using advanced formulas and database tools.

- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with finance, sales, HR,



or operations teams to deliver tailored metrics and flag performance anomalies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Statistics, or Business Administration.

- Technical Expertise: Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query, Macros) and working knowledge of SQL or database management.

- Visualization Tools: Familiarity with business intelligence platforms like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and explicit communication abilities to explain data points to non-technical stakeholders.
