Roles and Responsibilities:
Seeking a skilled Zscaler Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) , Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Old Bluecoat Proxy Solution to implement, manage, and support Zero Trust and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage ZIA policies, SSL inspection, web filtering, cloud firewall, DLP, and application control.
Deploy and support ZPA including App Connectors, Application Segments, and access policies.
Integrate Zscaler with Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, MFA, and Active Directory.
Troubleshoot user access, authentication, and connectivity issues.
Monitor security posture, analyze incidents, and optimize policies.
Support audits, compliance requirements, and change management activities.
Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience with ZIA and ZPA.
Good understanding of Zero Trust, SASE, TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, and SSL/TLS.
Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, MFA, and Cloud Security.
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
Knowledge on security controls and best practice for Next Generation Firewalls( Fortinet, Palo alto, Cisco, Checkpoint, WAF (Akamai), NAC and Web proxy solutions like Zscaler IA and Bluecoat proxies.
Configure and manage Blue Coat ProxySG and Web Security solutions.
Implement URL filtering, content filtering, user authentication, and web access policies.
Perform SSL/TLS interception and certificate management.
Troubleshoot proxy, internet access, authentication, and performance issues.
Configure policy rules using Visual Policy Manager (VPM).
Integrate proxy solutions with Active Directory,



LDAP, and SIEM platforms.
Monitor proxy health, generate reports, and support security audits.
Manage upgrades, patching, and change implementation activities.
Should have knowledge on Datacenter activities with Network knowledge and User side troubleshooting as and when required.
Individual will participate in planning and implementation of security controls and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Should have knowledge on compliance monitoring and providing solution on to achieve client standard compliance agreement. (Azure defender)
Works inter-departmentally to identify and correct flaws in the company's security systems, solutions, and programs while recommending specific measures that can improve the company's overall security posture.
Involve in Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Solution Design Cloud and Network security products as per the client requirement.
Understand client-side business requirements and provide value led solutions. Should have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills including addressing escalations, presenting status in management meetings.
Develop required security reports in response to business user and management review.
Assist the IT application development and It infrastructure teams to ensure security practices in development, operations and incident management.
Ensure over all security compliance against security standard operating policies and procedures.
