Engineering Manager Python

Experience: 8+ Years

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with strong experience in Python backend development, system design, cloud, and engineering applications. Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background and strong software engineering experience are preferred.

Engineering Domain
Experience in one or more:

- EPC / Engineering Design
- CAD/BIM applications




- Engineering calculations & rule-based validation
- CAD/DWG processing & automation
- Geometry / Spatial Processing
- Engineering QC tools

Positive to Have: AutoCAD/Civil 3D API, DWG/DXF, GIS, PostGIS, GeoPandas, NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Shapely, PySpark, Kubernetes, Terraform, React/Angular & messaging technologies.
Education
Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Role
Lead and mentor the engineering team, drive architecture and technical decisions, ensure quality and scalability, and deliver robust engineering software products
