We are seeking a Program Manager to own and coordinate NHO Core Platform and Day-1 readiness workstreams. This role ensures that every new hire has a seamless, production-ready onboarding experience by driving cross-functional coordination, automation initiatives, and operational excellence across identity, device, and platform services.
Key Responsibilities
Own and coordinate NHO Core Platform and Day-1 readiness workstreams.
Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action trackers.
Support automation initiatives for new-hire onboarding, contingent-worker onboarding,internal transfers, equipment requests, and related workflows.
Coordinate readiness validation across identity, account provisioning, devices,authentication, VPN, productivity tools, and other onboarding services.
Track onboarding defects, identify recurring issues, coordinate root-cause analysis, and drivefollow-up actions with responsible teams.
Support Early Monitoring Tool, onboarding lab, readiness-monitoring, and proactive issue-detection programs.
Work with technical and business teams to identify and resolve blockers before a current hire's Day 1.
Prepare weekly and monthly business-review inputs, including metrics, program status,risks, decisions, and leadership escalations.
Analyze onboarding data and operational trends to identify automation, contact-reduction,and customer-experience improvement opportunities.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document decisions, assign owners, and drive actions to closure.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, dashboards,and program communication materials.
Support onboarding launches, pilots, production-readiness reviews, and change-management activities.




Maintain clear communication with global stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of experience in program management, project management, product operations,service delivery, or IT operations.
Experience managing cross-functional technology or operational programs.
Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
Experience preparing program metrics, dashboards, status reports, and leadership updates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive actions to completion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Excel or equivalent data-analysis tools and standard productivity applications.
Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams and work across time zones when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting employee onboarding, identity and access management, device readiness, enterprise applications, or IT service delivery.
Experience working with HR, engineering, product, security, operations, and support organizations.
Knowledge of automation, workflow management, defect tracking, and operational- readiness processes.
Experience with business-review mechanisms such as WBRs, MBRs, or executive program reviews.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power BI,



Tableau, or SQL.
Experience analyzing customer contacts, operational defects, service-level metrics, and adoption trends.
Knowledge of continuous-improvement methodologies and root-cause analysis.
Experience working in a large, complex, global organization.

The selected candidate will be expected to:
Maintain continuity of NHO Core Platform and Readiness deliverables.
Deliver assigned program milestones on schedule.
Ensure readiness risks and Day-1 blockers are identified, assigned, and tracked to closure.
Maintain accurate and timely weekly and monthly reporting.
Support continued progress on onboarding automation and readiness-monitoring initiatives.
Reduce delays caused by unresolved dependencies or unclear ownership.
Maintain effective coordination across global partner teams.
Contribute to improvements in Day-1 readiness, onboarding success, automation adoption, and new-hire experience.
Work Environment
This role operates on US business hours and requires availability during core US time-zoneworking hours.
Regular collaboration with global stakeholders across India, EMEA, and APAC time zones isexpected.
Occasional meetings outside standard US hours may be required to support global program coordination.
The role may be performed remotely or from an office location within the United States.
