Role: Order to Cash Operations Specialist Location: Mumbai Exp: 10+ Years Shift: US Shift Job Description We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Operations Specialist to manage and oversee Order to Cash operations, with a strong focus on Billing and Revenue Management. The role involves managing billing activities, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, deductions, and related O2C processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing, analyzing operational data, resolving moderately complex issues, and driving process improvements. The candidate should have solid experience in managing medium-sized teams/work efforts, working with stakeholders, and independently handling new assignments with minimal guidance. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) operations. Manage billing and invoicing activities to ensure accurate and timely billing. Support the creation, enhancement, and ongoing support of billing functionality and processes. Handle Cash Application (Cash App) activities, ensuring accurate allocation of customer payments. Manage collections and dispute resolution activities to support timely revenue realization. Handle and resolve customer deductions and related exceptions. Analyze operational data, reports, and transactions to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Perform reconciliation of O2C transactions and investigate discrepancies. Identify root causes of operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.



Develop and implement new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing processes and procedures. Ensure adherence to established processes, controls, quality standards, and service-level requirements. Work closely with internal teams, client stakeholders, and management to resolve operational issues. Provide guidance and support to team members and ensure effective delivery of assigned activities. Manage medium-sized teams and/or work efforts, including workload allocation, performance monitoring, and issue escalation. Support process improvement and standardization initiatives within O2C operations. Prepare and present operational reports and insights to relevant stakeholders. Work independently on new assignments with minimal guidance. Understand and align team activities with the strategic direction and objectives set by senior management. Participate in rotational shifts, where required.
