- M365 Tenant Administration: Manage and maintain the overall health, configuration, and administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.

- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Configure and manage Entra ID, Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.

- Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor M365 Defender, Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, eDiscovery, and retention policies to ensure GxP / enterprise regulatory compliance.

- Device Management (Intune/MDM): Oversee device enrollment, policy creation, application deployment, and patch management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoints via Microsoft Intune.

- Operations & L2/L3 Support:



Provide advanced L2/L3 escalation support for M365 service incidents, complex user issues, mail flow/transport rule troubleshooting, and service outages.

- Migration & Automation: Develop PowerShell scripts and automation routines for administrative tasks, user onboarding/offboarding, licensing optimization, and system migrations.

- Monitoring & Reporting: Perform routine health checks, service updates, licensing audits, and tenant usage analytics to ensure high availability and cost efficiency.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with network, cybersecurity, and helpdesk teams to execute system upgrades, security audits, and continuous end-user enablement initiatives.
