Job Description:

- Support SAP S/4HANA conversion and cutover activities for manufacturing master data.

- Manage and validate Bill of Material (BOM) create/change activities.

- Support Master Recipe creation, changes, and validation.

- Support Production Version creation, changes, and validation.

- Maintain and validate PAC (Plant, Asset & Code) files used as the base for cutover activities.

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of active SKU/material data.

- Coordinate with PLM, Planning, Manufacturing, Product Costing and SAP/ADM teams.

- Prepare and validate data required for SAP load files.

- Perform preload and post-load validation of converted data.

- Track data issues, discrepancies, corrections, and resolution status.

- Maintain dual maintenance trackers for BOM, recipe, and production version changes after the production snapshot.

- Ensure changes made in the legacy/production system are accurately captured for subsequent entry into S/4HANA.

- Coordinate business validation and obtain business sign-off.

- Support data reconciliation between ECC, PLM and S/4HANA environments.

- Assist in resolving cutover and data-load issues during rollout and hypercare.
