Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities.

- Coordinate across business, operations, technology, compliance, and client teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

- Manage onboarding plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during onboarding.

- Drive issue resolution and ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.

- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to senior stakeholders.

- Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of project management experience with client onboarding, implementation, or transition programs.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong coordination and relationship management capabilities.





- Experience working directly with clients and senior business stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple onboarding initiatives simultaneously.

- Financial Services / Banking domain experience preferred.
