Job Description: Business Development Manager – Industrial Sector (Steel,Power, Refinery)

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical,) or MBA in

Sales/Marketing.

 Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of proven business development experience

within the Steel, Power, or Refinery sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion & Lead Generation

 Identify and penetrate recent business opportunities within Steel Plants,

Thermal, and Oil & Gas Refineries and Internal R&M; Projects.

 Map the market, track upcoming industrial projects, and build a robust, high-

value sales pipeline.

 Actively monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes

in the industrial sector.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, Project

Department and other relevant government bodies.

 Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their operational challenges

and positioning our solutions to meet their specific needs.

 Deep understanding of plant operations, heavy machinery, industrial

automation, or related technical services.
