We are looking for an accomplished and visionary senior leader to help shape and drive the growth of a first-of-its-kind, industry-led institution focused on developing the next generation of leaders in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership presence, business acumen, and the ability to build high-impact initiatives in collaboration with industry leaders, academic stakeholders, and senior professionals. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience, a strong understanding of the BFSI ecosystem, and a passion for developing future-ready talent.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the institution's long-term vision and growth objectives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, fintechs, and other BFSI organizations.
- Identify opportunities to create industry-aligned programs, partnerships, and talent-development initiatives.
- Engage with CXOs and senior industry leaders to understand evolving BFSI skill and talent requirements.
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporations, academic institutions, industry bodies, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives that connect learning outcomes with real-world BFSI business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, launch, and scale new programs and initiatives.
- Establish frameworks for measuring program effectiveness, learner outcomes, industry engagement, and institutional growth.
- Represent the institution at industry forums, leadership meetings, conferences, and strategic engagements.
- Identify emerging trends across BFSI, fintech, digital banking, insurance, and financial services and translate them into strategic opportunities.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the BFSI ecosystem.
- Support organizational growth through strategic partnerships, new initiatives, and cutting-edge business models.
- Mentor and guide senior teams while fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with leadership to shape the institution's positioning, reputation, and long-term impact.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in BFSI, financial services, education, consulting, talent development, or a closely related domain.
- Strong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance ecosystem and its evolving talent requirements.
- Proven track record of building strategic partnerships and working with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with experience driving strategic initiatives, growth, or organizational transformation.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders, including corporate leaders, industry bodies, academic institutions, and senior professionals.
- Strong ability to translate industry trends and business needs into impactful programs and initiatives.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in an evolving and high-growth environment.
