Cubs & Co. is Kerala's first integrated coworking and childcare space based in Kakkanad, Kochi. We serve working parents, young professionals, and families with premium childcare, wellness programs, and a vibrant community hall. We are launching Zumba classes for our members and the local community, and we need an energetic, certified instructor to lead them.
What You'll Do
- Lead high-energy Zumba fitness classes for adults (mixed levels, beginners welcome)
- Design playlists and routines that are engaging, safe, and suitable for working professionals and parents
- Conduct 3–5 classes per week
- Maintain a welcoming, inclusive class setting
- Track attendance and provide basic feedback to the Cubs & Co. team
- Promote your classes through your own social media (optional but preferred)
What We're Looking For
- Zumba® certification (B1 or higher) — required
- Minimum 6 months of live class instruction experience
- Comfortable teaching mixed-level groups (beginners to intermediate)
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
- Based in Kochi or willing to commute to Kakkanad consistently
