Role Overview

We are looking for a Zoho Developer to design, customize, and maintain applications within the Zoho ecosystem(Zoho One), specifically for our CRM and Zobot management

. The role involves accelerating production deployments, managing multi-environment setups, and reducing release cycle delays while building scalable solutions across the Zoho platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Automation & Scripting: Write Deluge scripts to automate complex workflows, approvals, and repetitive business processes.

- Application Development: Design and customize applications within Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, and Desk

- Conversational AI: Design and deploy Zobot chatbots for automated customer engagement across SalesIQ and Zoho Desk

- System Integration:



Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and webhooks

- Marketplace & Extensions: Build, configure, and manage Zoho Marketplace plugins and widgets to extend platform functionality.
