Position: Xstream Fiber Executive (XFE) / Field Sales Executive

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Salary: ₹20,500 CTC/month

In-hand: ₹16,500/month

Additional: PF + ESI + performance incentives

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for new Airtel Xstream Fiber connections.

Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned areas.

Visit apartments, societies, residential areas and local markets.

Explain Airtel Xstream Fiber/Wi-Fi plans, benefits and offers.

Convert leads into new broadband connections.

Follow up with prospective customers.

Collect KYC/customer documents and complete the onboarding process.

Coordinate with the installation/technical team until activation.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Maintain daily reports of visits, leads,



bookings and activations.

Promote Airtel brand and participate in local marketing activities.

Eligibility

12th pass to Graduate

Freshers/experienced candidates depending on the hiring requirement.

Two-wheeler/bike required

Valid Driving Licence

Smartphone required.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field work and sales targets.
