Key Job Responsibilities

Workshop Floor Management

- To be a part of Preparing Technician Team List.
- Monitor activities at Two Tech and Express bay.

Service marketing Management.
- Track and Ensure maximum output from SMR Team.
- Support the Service Marketing Team for difficult Cases.

Post Service follow up Management
- Monitor all Service Advisor has done 3 rd Day PSF.
- Randomly call the customers and understand their satisfaction Level.

Front Office Management
- Ensure the front office staff greeting and direct appropriately.
- Auditing Policies and Procedure.
- Monthly Cross checks the registers and find out the accuracy
