Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others.

The Opportunity As part of the Workday Human Capital team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful Workday HCM solutions. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 year(s) of experience with Workday Human Capital Management with at least 1 Workday implementation
- A Workday Core HCM certification and at least one additional module such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, or Time (Positive to have)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
