As a Workday Core HCM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be part of a agile team that focuses on Workday Human Capital, leveraging your skills to address complex business challenges and enhance client satisfaction. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and guide others through complex scenarios.

You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context, using your skills to navigate ambiguity and deliver quality outcomes. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with clients to optimize their Workday applications, providing strategic insights and fostering long-term relationships. Your contributions will be integral to the success of our Application Evolution Services - Workday team, where you will have the opportunity to grow your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement within Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) systems




- Leading client engagements by managing workstreams and delivering tailored solutions in Workday HCM
- Collaborating with clients to understand their human resources needs and translating them into system configurations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights for workforce planning and talent management
- Implementing change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during HR transformations
- Developing and maintaining project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation, to meet client objectives
- Conducting business analysis to support strategic human resource planning and organizational development
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Workday functionalities and industry trends
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives by leveraging Workday tools to enhance HR metrics and reporting
- Building and nurturing client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration in technology consulting projects

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
