WMS Support Lead - JDA - Blue yonder

Work location:- Pune (Baner)

Mode - Hybrid. (4 Days work from the office)

Role Purpose:

This role will be located offshore and predominantly be based at our Pune office in India. It includes regular interaction with other geographically located teams (UK). This role is responsible for proactively and reactively supporting Unipart Logistics Systems as the senior member of the Logistics systems application support team offshore and the NON SAP apps team overall.

Responsibilities:-

Support of Multiple Logistics Systems.



(Warehouse Management

Systems, Repair workshop systems, Transport Management Systems)

- Triage of Incidents and manage through to resolution using

Zendesk.
- Using application knowledge to resolve Incidents.
- Learning current systems and skills to best support the Business and

operational teams.
- Proactive Monitoring and Alerting.
- Day to day people management of a number of IT Support Analysts
- Driving the resolution of the incidents received to avoid any SLA

breaches
- Reporting on the daily, weekly and monthly incidents and service

requests received and resolved
- To provide analysis on the incidents to understand the root causes

and potential fixes to avoid repeat issues
- The management and updating of training documentation in

Confluence
- Maintain the rota and leave for the offshore team to ensure cover
