Role: Winding Supervisor

Experience: 2-3 Years

Job Type: Full Time with Marathon Electric Motors

Education: Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering Electrical

Position Summary: To supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the Winding and VPI (Vacuum

Pressure Impregnation) processes for electrical motor manufacturing, ensuring production targets,

product quality, safety, delivery schedules, and process standards are achieved.

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge / Training: Knowledge about coil, winding and varnish process. Familiarity with electrical schematics and motor design principles.



Production target achievement. Winding and varnish process efficiency. Rejection and rework reduction. Material and varnish consumption. On-time production completion. Continuous improvement / cost reduction.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Low voltage motor Winding

Primary Responsibilities

Plan and monitor daily winding & VPI production as per the production schedule.

Ensure correct winding parameters, wire size, turns, coil dimensions and insulation materials as per specifications.

Monitors outsource winding material arrangement and coordinate with store team.

Plan and ensure daily production of coils through automatic/ semiautomatic coiling machines.

Monitor VPI machine settings and process conditions.

Ensure proper identification and traceability of WIP materials.

Control and monitor varnishing, baking, and curing processes.
