Role : Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive

Work Arrangement : Work From Office

Location : India

Schedule : Night shift

Key Responsibilities

Broker Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers, and lending partners

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned broker accounts

Build long-term partnerships through consistent communication, education, and exceptional customer service

Identify opportunities to expand existing broker relationships and generate current business

Business Development

Prospect and onboard new mortgage broker partners

Conduct outbound sales activities to increase loan volume and market share

Present the company's loan products, pricing, and value proposition to prospective clients

Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve production goals

Loan Scenario Support

Review and discuss loan scenarios with brokers to determine product eligibility

Recommend appropriate loan programs based on borrower qualifications

Provide guidance regarding underwriting guidelines, documentation requirements, and program overlays

Partner with internal operations and underwriting teams to facilitate successful loan submissions

Sales & Pipeline Management

Track broker activity and manage opportunities through the CRM system

Follow up on outstanding loan opportunities and maintain consistent communication throughout the loan process

Monitor market trends, interest rate changes,



and competitive products to provide valuable market insights to clients

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with operations, underwriting, processing, and leadership teams to ensure an outstanding broker experience

Maintain accurate records of broker interactions and sales activities

Participate in team meetings, product training, and ongoing professional development

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

2–5+ years of experience in the U. S. mortgage industry

Previous experience in one or more of the following roles:

Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive

Broker Relationship Manager

Mortgage Business Development Representative

Wholesale Mortgage Sales

Inside Sales or Broker Support

Strong understanding of the U. S. wholesale mortgage lending process

Experience working directly with mortgage brokers and loan officers

Ability to discuss loan scenarios, underwriting guidelines, and available loan programs

Excellent relationship-building and consultative sales skills

Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable working U. S.
