Responsibilities

- Working with LOB, Design and Change Management teams, support the migrate of applications to strategic authentication platforms.
- Manage Intake Queue, Change documentation and scheduling
- Respond to and triage intake requests based on existing AuthNAuthZ patterns
- Ensure successful execution of IAM solutions in collaboration with operations, information security, and project managers.
- Provide application support and troubleshooting for intake issues that cannot be resolved by tiers one and two support.
- Create and maintain system and process documentation for IAM Services and affiliated technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
- Design and implement solutions to enforce AuthNAuthZ Controls.
- Provide technical consultation and assist the application teams in the use of IAM services.

Job Requirements

Technical & Professional Qualifications

- 6-10 Yrs Strong understanding of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) space and experience with multiple 3rd party IAM solutions and Cloud Identity Platforms
- Working knowledge of industry standards & protocols including SAML, OpenID Connect, Oauth, LDAP, Kerberos, etc.
- Experience with the following:
- Single Sign On, MFA, & Adaptive Risk-based authentication
- Identity Federation
- Authentication & Authorization for REST, Microservices, & SOAP
- IAM integration with cloud providers like AWS/Azure/Google
- Directory integration including Active Directory, LDAP, Virtual Directories
- Integration with provisioning & attestation systems
- Good understanding of current regulatory environment, Enterprise standards and related implications to identity management, security and audit compliance
- Ability to manage time on multiple projects in rapid-paced environment
- Some after hour work is required
