Vankayala Nagaraja Chetty Grandson India Private Limited (VNCGIPL) is looking for a capable Corporate Lawyer to support our growing business group across corporate law, commercial contracts, legal documentation and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise on corporate and commercial legal matters
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Handle NDAs, service agreements, vendor/customer agreements and employment-related documentation
- Support corporate transactions, investments, JVs, acquisitions and new ventures
- Review leases, licences and commercial arrangements
- Work closely with the Founder, CS, CA, auditors and management
- Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks
- Coordinate with external advocates and specialist legal counsel
- Support legal compliance, policies and SOPs
- Maintain contract and legal documentation systems

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified Lawyer with relevant corporate-commercial law experience
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Positive knowledge of Indian corporate and commercial laws
- Experience with Private Limited Companies preferred
- Multi-entity/group experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
- High integrity, confidentiality and professional judgment
- Comfortable working directly with the Founder/Board

Preferred: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Karnataka
