Role Description The Head of Project Management – Bank Interior & Civil Projects (PAN India) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role oversees end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of interior and civil projects for banking clients across India, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams, managing project schedules and resource allocation, and monitoring site progress through regular reviews and reports. The role also involves risk assessment, issue resolution, vendor management, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and brand guidelines. The Head of Project Management is expected to implement best practices, optimize processes,



and lead the project team to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple locations.

Qualifications

- Strong project management capabilities for interior and civil works, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience managing multi-site projects, preferably for banking or financial institutions, with familiarity in bank fit-outs and branch rollouts.
- Knowledge of construction standards, materials, MEP coordination, safety protocols, and relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, collaboration platforms) to track progress and performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide project managers, site supervisors, and support staff, and to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to present updates, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience of several years in managing large-scale interior and civil projects; PAN India exposure is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to travel across India for site visits, reviews, and stakeholder meetings as required.
