Role Description The Web3 role at Elefan is a full-time, remote position focused on building and executing digital experiences and strategies for blockchain and decentralized projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching Web3 trends and protocols, supporting the creation of Web3-focused content, and collaborating with designers and marketers to develop on-brand assets for crypto and blockchain clients. The role involves contributing to campaign planning, helping shape narratives around NFTs, DeFi, and DAOs, and ensuring that messaging aligns with client goals and community expectations.

This team member will work closely with founders and stakeholders, participate in strategy sessions,



and help optimize performance across social, paid campaigns, and Web3-native channels.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of Web3 concepts and ecosystems, including blockchain fundamentals, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi, and DAOs.
- Experience working with Web3 tools and platforms, such as crypto wallets, dApps, smart contracts interfaces, and on-chain analytics tools.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for different audiences, including beginners and industry professionals.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and growth strategies in Web3 communities, including Discord, X (Twitter), Telegram, and on-chain engagement metrics.
- Comfort working with creative and technical teams to shape Web3 product positioning, user journeys, and campaign assets.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to track market developments and identify relevant trends for clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and collaborate across time zones.
- Previous experience at a digital agency, startup, or Web3 project is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education or self-directed learning in blockchain technology, marketing, design, or a related field is a plus.
