Role OverviewCDA Academy is looking for a Web & E-commerce Trainer who can connect website development with design, marketing and business outcomes.

The trainer will help learners build functional websites, personal portfolios, landing pages and e-commerce stores while understanding how websites support branding, lead generation, customer journeys and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical training according to the approved curriculum and schedule.
- Explain the purpose and reasoning behind each process clearly.
- Guide learners in building portfolio websites, business websites, landing pages and e-commerce stores.
- Connect website development with audience needs, marketing goals, lead generation and conversion.
- Train learners in design, layout, responsiveness, usability and content structure.
- Assign practical tasks and evaluate submissions on time.
- Provide clear feedback and support learners with corrections.
- Resolve technical issues related to domains, hosting, themes, plugins, platforms and integrations.
- Monitor learner participation, assignments, projects and portfolio completion.
- Conduct revision, doubt-clearance and project-review sessions.
- Lead Agency Day and other practical academic activities.
- Keep the curriculum updated with current tools, AI developments and industry practices.
- Maintain session records, learner updates and academic reports.
- Coordinate with batch mentors and the Academic Team.




- Support workshops, webinars and other academic initiatives when required.

Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of Figma, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and Framer.
- Experience in website and e-commerce development.
- Understanding of design basics, user experience, responsive design and CRO.
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, inbound marketing, lead generation and funnels.
- Familiarity with AI and vibe-coding tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Clear communication in Malayalam and English.
- Ability to train learners with different levels of technical understanding.

Work Schedule
- Willing to conduct classroom and live online sessions.
- Available for weekday and weekend batches.
- Willing to work in flexible or rotational shifts based on batch schedules.
- Comfortable handling morning, afternoon, evening or night sessions.
- Able to take up to two sessions per day when required.
- Available for scheduled workshops, webinars and learner-support sessions.

- Build and manage a qualified portfolio website.
- Create a functional business or e-commerce website.
- Develop landing pages around a clear marketing goal.
- Understand how websites generate and convert leads.
- Identify and resolve basic website, design and usability issues.
