Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Application Developer role based in Salem.

The Web Application

Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support business automation and integration with Zoho and related platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing back-end services, integrating APIs, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimize application performance, and ensure scalability and security. The developer will participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation,



and support continuous improvement of existing systems.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Web Application Development and experience building and maintaining modern Web Applications.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including server-side programming and API integration.
- Solid foundation in Software Development principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modular code design.
- Knowledge of common web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript, a major backend framework such as Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic security practices.
- Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems independently, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Zoho or other business automation platforms is an advantage.
