About The Role We are seeking a talented Content Writer with a focus on SEO to join our energetic marketing team at The Chopras. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content that resonates with prospective students and their families.

Your primary focus will be to develop informative articles, blog posts, landing pages, and other digital content related to study abroad topics such as university guides, visa processes, standardized test preparations, scholarships, and more. You will work closely with the marketing and subject matter expert teams to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our brand voice and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, excellent writing skills, and a passion for education and international opportunities.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in content writing,



preferably within the education or travel sectors, is essential.

A solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques is required. Strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce well-structured, plagiarism-free content are critical. Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends are also important attributes.

Repurpose long-form content into shorter formats suitable for social media and email campaigns.



Stay informed about updates to Google's algorithms and evolving SEO strategies to maintain content effectiveness. Ensure all content produced is thoroughly researched, factually accurate, and free from plagiarism.

Coordinate with subject matter experts, such as counselors and education consultants, to verify content accuracy and relevance on study abroad topics.
