Role Description The full-time in-house Video Editor role at Health Inside is an on-site position based in Kolkata.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting the best clips, and creating polished videos that align with brand guidelines and content objectives. Day-to-day tasks include editing video sequences, adding sound, graphics, and motion elements, adjusting color and exposure, and preparing different versions optimized for social media and other platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with content creators, producers, and designers to understand project requirements, maintain timelines,



and deliver high-quality output.

The Video

Editor will also help organize media assets, manage file structures, and provide input on improving workflows and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling footage from planning to final export.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and high-quality image correction.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, and visual elements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic audio editing tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Birati - Kolkata, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional creative team.
- Strong attention to detail, storytelling ability, and an understanding of digital content formats and social media best practices.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in professional video editing.
