Job Title: Wealth Management Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire HNI/UHNI and retail clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other business development activities.
- Develop and maintain solid, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients financial goals, risk appetite, and investment requirements.
- Recommend suitable financial products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIF, NPS, Insurance, and other investment solutions.
- Manage and grow the assigned client portfolio and generate AUM and revenue.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Generate leads independently and convert prospects into active clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on portfolio performance and market developments.
- Cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial and investment products to existing clients.
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, and other internal teams for KYC, account opening, documentation, and transaction-related activities.




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, sales pipeline, and portfolio activities.
- Keep updated with financial markets, investment products, and industry trends.
- Ensure all client dealings are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Finance or relevant qualification will be an advantage.
- 4–8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Relationship Management, Investment Advisory, Broking, Mutual Funds, or Financial Services Sales.
- Strong experience in client acquisition and portfolio/AUM management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of financial products and capital markets.
- Existing HNI/UHNI client network will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
