- Supervise and manage Employees and maintain discipline.
- Ensure safety, security, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the hostel.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, room allotment, and other registers.
- Monitor daily routines, study hours, meals, and hostel activities.
- Address Employees concerns and resolve routine issues.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians, teachers, security staff, housekeeping, and management when required.
- Handle emergencies and ensure appropriate medical or security assistance.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
- Prepare reports regarding incidents, attendance, maintenance, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and safety procedures.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
