Amrita Vidyalayam is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Accounts Department to manage our day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, and should be capable of handling school accounts.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/ERP).

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.

- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

- Perform bank reconciliations and track cash flows.

- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and PL statements.

- Assist in audits and liaise with auditors when required.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Maintain documentation and records for accounting transactions.

Requirements Qualifications





- B.Com / M.Com / CA-Intermediate or equivalent qualification.

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.

- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and organizational abilities.
