- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
- Utilize multiple recruitment channels and tools to attract quality talent




- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams for seamless hiring processes
- Conduct reference checks and background verification activities
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring status updates
- Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices
