•Job Summary

We are looking for experienced MSME Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) with strong banking experience to join our Wealth Management – MSME process. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in handling MSME customers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.

•Key Responsibilities

- Manage and build strong relationships with MSME banking customers through virtual channels. •Handle customer queries and provide appropriate banking and wealth management solutions.

•Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products/services.

•Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.

•Achieve assigned business, service, and customer engagement targets.





Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with banking policies and processes.

•Handle customer interactions professionally across voice and digital channels.

•Identify potential business opportunities and support cross-selling/up-selling initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in MSME VRM – Banking sector only.

Graduate in any discipline. *Strong verbal and written*communication skills.*

*Versant Level 5 or equivalent*communication proficiency.*

Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Candidates fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu will be preferred.

Minimum CIBIL score of 650.

•Shift & Weekly Off

Shift: 9 Am to 6 Pm

Week Off: Rotational

Salary: Based on last drawn salary and relevant experience.

Significant Note

Only candidates with relevant MSME VRM experience in the banking sector will be considered for this position.
