Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage domestic ticketing operations using Amadeus, Galileo systems.
- Handle international ticketing transactions through GDS platforms.
- Process PNR (Passenger Name Record) reservations, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings efficiently.
- Ensure accurate fare calculations and issuance of tickets according to client requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving passenger queries related to flight bookings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-4 years of experience in airline ticketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Amadeus, Galileo systems for domestic and international ticketing.
- Solid knowledge of fares rules and regulations governing air travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
