Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage telephonic conversations with customers to collect outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
- Meet daily targets for collection calls made and amount collected. Min 1 year of experience mandatory in collection process.

- English and Hindi languages
- 6 working days & 1 rotational off
- No PF and Incentives.
