About the Role

We are looking for Telesales Executives with hands-on experience in Motor Insurance to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate should have mandatory experience in motor insurance sales and a strong interest in building a career specifically in the Motor Insurance domain. Candidates with experience in other insurance products but without motor insurance exposure may not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for Motor Insurance.
- Explain and sell motor insurance policies, including car and two-wheeler insurance.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Handle customer queries related to policy coverage, renewals, premiums, add-ons, claims, etc.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer
