Patient Care

- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and emotional needs.

- Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient requirements.

- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.

- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.

- Follow hospital policies related to patient safety and risk management.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.

- Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and hospital quality standards.

- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation activities.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Communication & Coordination

- Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.

- Ensure effective handover during shift changes.

- Address patient and attendant concerns professionally.

Career development

- Attend mandatory training programs and continuing nursing education sessions.
