Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition professional with solid expertise in recruitment to join our team as a Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare RCM Roles.
- Source, screen, shortlist, schedule, and close candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment updates in the ATS.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Mandatory: Experience in Bulk Hiring.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/Workday will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexible with shift timing.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
