Brief about the TeamThe B&M; Retail team at Tata 1mg is responsible for delivering a robust in-store customer experience and supporting retail, marketing, and promotional activities. The team works closely with customers and internal stakeholders to drive effective brand communication and business performance

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Promotion & Customer Engagement

- Promote Tata 1mg products and partner brands through field activities.
- Engage with customers and explain product features, benefits, and offers.
- Create awareness about products and ongoing promotional activities.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Use effective sales pitching and convincing skills to engage customers.




- Maintain strong knowledge of products and communicate their benefits effectively.

Product Knowledge & Sales Communication
- Understand Tata 1mg products and partner brands thoroughly.
- Demonstrate products and answer customer queries confidently.
- Communicate product information in a clear and convincing manner.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend relevant products.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 2-7 years in brand promotion, sales, field sales, retail sales, FMCG, beauty, healthcare, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales pitch and convincing skills.
- Good product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
