About the Role

Xziant Communication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SEO to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads (PPC), keyword research, and website optimization while working on the promotion of enterprise software products.

The SEO will assist in optimizing websites for search engines, conducting keyword research, supporting on-page and off-page SEO activities, monitoring Google Ads campaigns, analyzing website and campaign performance, creating SEO-friendly content strategies, and contributing to improving online visibility, website traffic, and lead generation. Candidates with basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Workspace, Outlook, Exchange, SaaS, or Cloud Computing will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform keyword research for SEO and Google Ads campaigns.
- Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, product pages, and landing pages for search engines.
- Assist in creating, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
- Monitor campaign performance and help prepare optimization recommendations.
- Track website traffic and conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Assist in off-page SEO activities, including backlink research and outreach.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve website performance.
- Assist in preparing SEO & PPC performance reports using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm updates and digital marketing trends.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
- Basic understanding of Google Ads (PPC).




- Basic understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Qualification

- B. Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (IT), M.Sc (IT), BBA, MBA (Marketing), or any equivalent degree.
- Freshers can apply.
